Lightning nodded and walked out of storms room

Storm leaned back and looked up at the curling as the door to his room sealed and locked.

Gabrielle was walking down the hall when she almost bumped into Lightning.

"Finally! You don't remember do you? You didn't even say anything when you saw me" Gabrielle said.

"im sorry what im confused?"

"I know your sister Serah, we used to play together when me and her were little. Don't tell me you forgot, I use to beat the bullies with my jump rope. This sucks" Gabrielle said looking sad.

"oh im so sorry"

"It's okay, I was actually wondering how long it would take you to recognize me. How is Serah doing haven't seen her in forever?" Gabrielle asked.

"she's doing pretty well i suppose"

"Can't wait to see her again, I wonder if she'll remember me" Gabrielle said.

"I'm going to go ahead and find Alex's room so I can see what the game plan is" Kenji said as he walked ahead.

"most likely if you are that close"

Kenji found Alex's room and knocked.

"Hey Alex you in there?" Kenji asked.

Storm unsealed the door and signaled Kenji in.

Kenji walked in.

"So is Eden going to be heavily guarded with Liberator soldiers and mechs? I mean this is the final battle right, everything is depending on our victory right?" Kenji asked.

"Coming here to talk strategy? You know we have ten hours until we get there... Besides its better to talk when everyone's here... And Light isn't exactly ready for that right now... She has things she's thinking about and I'd rather not disturb her with strategic deployment and battle strategy."

"Cool, just know after we finish this I have to leave, if not my life will be in danger" Kenji said.

"Okay... I'll contact you when we are all ready for briefing... In the meantime I recommend you get some rest. We need sleep and we need to be ready."

"That's the thing, I might not be participating in this battle. If I go to Eden, the Liberators might not be the only thing standing in our way. Just recently found out that two members of the Samurai Seven are still alive, and they aren't exactly happy with me. So if they are in Eden then it'll just be you, Light, and Gabrielle taking on Vark and his band of idiots. Just thought I give you a heads up. Do me one favor if this does turn out to be true, because honestly I don't expect to survive a battle with my superiors" Kenji said.

"What is it you want me to do?"

Kenji summoned Ravanger and unsheathed it.

"When this war is over make sure my friend Ashton Ravenscroft gets this. He's a real popular engineer who's built tons of stuff for Guardian Corp, PSICOM, and the rest of Sanctum so he shouldn't be too hard to find. It'll be a keepsake to remind him of his friend, me" Kenji said as he held out Ravanger for Alex to take.

"This is... Your sword!"

"Samurai rule number one, a weapon doesn't define the warrior. A warrior is defined by the heart, courage, and strength that he takes into battle. Besides I can always acquire another sword" Kenji said as he placed Ravanger into Alex's hands.

Kenji walked toward the door and then stopped.

"I'm going on ahead, I couldn't live with myself if you, Lightning, and Gabrielle got involved in my mess. I made it and I have to clean it up" Kenji said as he walked out of Alex's room.

"Kenji..." Storm sat there in silence.

(Kenji won't return until they are in Eden. Well techinally he'll be in Eden when Alex and the others arrive. He'll be searching for his superiors but too find out he was tricked by Vark to get him to come by himself. And he will call Ravanger back to him. Besides I can't think of anything for Kenji to do until they reach Eden. I'll be concentrating on my role play in the meantime)
